Pixelplus's SXGA image sensor is an ISP integrated CMOS image sensor containing an array of 1280 x 1024 effective SXGA resolution. The sensor has noise reduction circuits, color gain controller, internal timing generator, 10-bit analog to digital converter (ADC), correlated double sampling (CDS) circuit, and
2-wire serial interface.
Our SXGA sensors are used primarily in mobile camera phones and PC Camera applications. E specially the PO2130 was been adopted in world ' s first 1.3 Megapixel camera phone developed by Samsung' s Anycall in 2003. |
